Delete Your Account

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Date Cards app:

1. 1Open Date Cards
2. 2Go to Profile
3. 3Tap the Settings icon (top right)
4. 4Scroll down and tap Delete my account
5. 5Confirm the deletion

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can request deletion by email:

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile information (name, age, photos)
• Your date cards (sent and received)
• Your chat messages
• Your bookmarks and matches
• Your credits and subscription data
• Your push notification tokens
• Your safety check history

All personal data is permanently erased within 30 days of deletion, except where retention is required by law (e.g. transaction records for tax compliance).

Deleting your Date Cards account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. To avoid further charges:

• iOS — Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Date Cards > Cancel
• Android — Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Date Cards > Cancel

Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account.
